Dan Tauber
Dan Tauber is an award winning Australian trailer and video game composer working at Audiomachine in Los Angeles.
Dan’s music has been featured in a huge variety of advertising campaigns such as for the Winter Olympics 2022, Lightyear, Among Us and Guillermo Del Toros Cabinet of Curiosities. His music has been recorded internationally, including at Abbey Road Studios with the London Symphony Orchestra. Also, his extensive work on Call of Duty Mobile has earned him a nomination from the prestigious Hollywood Music in Media Awards (HMMAs).
Dan has experience writing in a wide array of different and contrasting genres and styles. These range from the classically virtuosic for Great Expectations, the horrifying waterphone screeching in Texas Chainsaw Massacre and even his own quirky vocals and whistling for Brian and Charles.
Dan has also grown up a piano player with both classical and jazz training, playing in both big bands and orchestras alike. He received a scholarship to Berklee College of Music where he received the Michael Rendish Award for Outstanding Achievement in Film Scoring, toured across America conducting a live orchestra to his music with the exclusive Composing Silent Film class and graduated Summa Cum Laude in the Film Scoring Program.
